The Author's Story

Like for many of you, my life was defined by working long hours and eating whatever unhealthy delivery I could find late into the night

With each meal, my waist expanded, my sleep worsened, and I felt a growing sense of dread about my health. Eventually, this scenario became something I would not accept

Extreme stress and lack of self-care brought me to a doctor. He drew a very pessimistic picture of my future: premature death or medicine every day for the rest of my life

This bleak future was not something I would accept, so instead, I set out on a quest to learn everything I could about health, beginning with the very food we eat, and carrying through to exercise, mental health, and much, much more

What happened? I managed to find a way to gain back control of my health without pricey pills, surgeries, or treatments

My life changed dramatically: my health was back, I lost weight, and, as a side effect, I became more productive than ever before. Now I plan to live happily and healthily until I am 120 years old…and you can too!

My name is Sergey Young, and I am a longevity visionary on a quest to extend healthy and happy life spans of 1 billion people (and then maybe the whole human race).
